My parents celebrated their 40th wedding anniversay in march. Not only is it a small miracle these days that they have been married for so long but my dad has survived cancer twice in the last 10 years. I wanted to give them the wedding cake they never had. As my dad dosen’t like fondant i made the middle tier buttercream roses and the rest fondant. My mum had freesias in her bouquet so i taught myself how to make them to put on the cake, hope you like it :)
