Without a doubt the most challenging cake I’ve done… structurally speaking. This guy was big and heavy and it was the first time I’ve had to assemble at the event purely due to size and the fact that he is so top heavy. He stands at 55cm tall and it took 4 people to carry him to the party and I had to convince the family to help me out :). I found a tutorial by Stacked cakes fantastic and it was such a help particularly as this was my first structural cake. I’ve put a sound module in the bottom part of the cake with a button at the back and it was pretty cool to see it standing and have the sound as well. The customer wanted lights as well but I thought, one step at a time… most important part is him standing! Thanks for looking and I hope everyone has a wonderful Star Wars day!
