I get asked for Minnie cakes lots…..I thought I’d add frills to this one as it was for a little girls first birthday.

I was very pleased with it. I tried the frills lots of different ways until I was happy with them. I loved the finish cake….probably my favourite so far but then I say that about all of them!

Bottom tier was chocolate sponge with chocolate ganache. Top tier was vanilla sponge with strawberry bc.
