I made this cake for my two daughters’ birthday. The design was inspired by the awesome sheet cakes of CorrieCakes. My four-year-old kept saying “Will you make me a peanut butter and jelly Kai Lan cake?!?!?” So, of course, I did. The cake is peanut butter cake, with raspberry filling and raspberry buttercream.
