Hi everyone,Im a newbie so just finding my way round,thought I would share my latest cake,this was my 2nd attempt at ruffles (1st attempt didnt go so well),I call her Violet,she gave me alot of anxciety an some sleepless nights but overall pretty happy with her xx I came across a great tip for keeping the ruffles in place until they dry by using toothpicks,picture included.
