This Minnie Mouse Cake was for my Granddaughters second birthday. It stands just over two feet tall ( with ears). Arms and legs are made out of RKT, the ears are fondant covered polystyrene plates , cut to size. The rest body and head is chocolate cake. It is supported with a rods and wooden cake boards.
