I am not a professional cake decorator but having an art degree allows me to combine creativity and cake decorating and create unique 3D and Sculptured cakes.

I studied at Liverpool Hope University and received a Bachelor's degree in fine art.
I have spent many years working as a self employed Project manager. My love of art has never left me and in October 2012 I started making cakes, there I could express myself through the sculpturing of cakes. And that's were it started .... and the story continues.
