I made this cake last year for a little girl whose birthday fell over the Easter weekend. The client (Gia’s Mom) wanted the bunnies to resemble realistic chocolate bunnies.
Everything is made from fondant, except the eggs, which are Smartie eggs! The whole idea was to have an Easter egg hunt on the cake, so I tried to hide some of the eggs behind tufts of grass!
