I made this cake January 14, 2011 for my daughter’s nature themed baby shower. I made the crib and quilt to match the one she has in the baby’s nursery. The “family tree” was made to match the tree mural she had painted in the nursery, and the cake matched the wall border with dragonflies and leaves. Each cupcake had a gumpaste dragonfly, leaf, or butterfly. The crib, tree & nest were made from gumpaste.
