Flame of Hope-A modernist Dessert.A french Entremet-
Not sure how appropriate my posts on Modernist pastry work is on Cake decor,but I don’t know of any other forum where I can post pics of my work on these. So here it is!
Dedicated to all to keep up the spirit .This is my masterpiece and am very happy with the outcome that this is enough to keep me happy for the next six months.Key components:Choco mousse with strawberry gelee insert,vibrant rouge chocolate spray,chocolate dripping as wax and a marzipan flame!:)Hope this makes you happy guys!
