Bottom tier 10” Double chocolate mud with dark chocolate ganache
Middle tier 8” Butterscotch Baileys mud with Dark chocolate ganache
Top Tier 6” Peppermint Mud with Peppermint crunch truffle

Fresh flowers

Line detailing was made using my ganache smoother to indent all sides of each tier

I love it! Rustic and elegance combined for one gorgeous cake! How ingenious to use the ganache smoother to make the lovely finish on the sides. The twig monogram plaque adds the finishing touch!

Thanks KiwiCakeBloke, no it’s not cut, I use a large plastering tool for my ganaching, and I used this to indent the fondant, you don’t want to cut it through as there is chocolate ganache underneath, I usually make my fondant really really thin, for this one had to be thicker

Thanks Toni,, the twig monogram almost did my head in trying to find the right kind of twig to mould using Amazing Mold putty…after 1 hour in the park came home with a huge collection of branches not one of them any good, finally used a fake branch my mother had in her house
