an all buttercream cake featured in CakeCentral Magazine.
It had to incorporate the colour green and at least 2 buttercream techniques.
SMBC, american buttercream and crusting buttercream. flowers are all handmade from sugarpaste.
- sugar paste flowers and leafs
- crusting buttercream with imprint in green ombre
- zick-zack relief 2 tone SMBC
- buttercream “drops” around the cake-drum
