Medieval Wedding cake

The lovely couple Melissa and Robert had already chosen their Wedding cake design. Then Melissa saw the Fantasy Wedding Cake that I had shared by super talented Calli from Callilicious and the design was changed over night to include a dragon. Before I knew it the design also included a Knight, his Princess and the Meideval tent.
Thankfully I have a copy of Debbie Brown’s Enchanting Magical Cakes which helped when it came to both the dragon and the knight, although the design layout changed several times to accomodate all the elements as the top tier was only 5".
Oh…..the Bride’s design was a surprise to everyone, including the Groom.

The cake looked absolutely amazing!!! Right down to the glasses on the knight and even our names on the flag! Completely gluten free and tasted even better than it looked!!!
