This is my 2nd exam piece for the advanced year in cake dec. Its all royal icing with floating collar piece baubles. the snow globe has a suspended bauble in the centre. This caused many hours of stress and worry and lots of heart stopping hold your breath moments, but im pleased with how its turned out. :-)
