Red piping on white and then a strip of bling makes this cake striking and elegant! Made for a client’s 30th Birthday. Love the ruffled fantasy flower with “bling” in the center. And I have to admit, I’m very pleased with myself as my former business partner did most of the piping and I did the piping all by myself! lol I was giddy cause it turned out so well. (It’s the little things)

I mixed la few colors together to get close to the color I wanted knowing it would darken as it dried (royal icing piping). I’m sorry… I don’t remember which. I just squirt and stir till I get to where I need to be.
