Treasure Chest

This is an old photo – the third cake I ever made. A treasure chest stuffed with chocolate coins, rice paper notes, pearls and edible diamonds. The sand is digestive biscuit/Graham cracker crumbs and brown sugar.

Thank you. It was fun to do just because it was for my son and I knew he wouldn’t care as long as there was enough chocolate money stuffed into it!
