This was a cake I made as a surprise for my very good friend’s 30th birthday. The bath is Baileys chocolate cake with Baileys chocolate ganache and a crumb coat of cake pop mixture to make the lip of the bath. It’s covered in fondant which is hand painted to make the water, with fondant bubbles and accessories. The lady is made from modelling chocolate with fondant hair. I really enjoyed making this one and am still proud of how it turned out.
