This is the christmascake I made for me and my family. I’m into the music, so no wonder I came up with an angelchoir for christmas. I had a lot of struggle making the music bar, but in the end I succeeded.
Dark chocolate biscuit cake, filled with rasperry-jelly and white chocolate-mint mousse. Covered with marzipan. The figures are made of marzipan as well, except for the wings (sugarpaste and gumpaste). The music bar is made with royal icing. I hope you enjoy it….........
