Building - wholesale fruit and vegetable business

This cake is massive – made up of 6×8” fruit cakes. It took 3 men to lift it in the end.

It is was a commission for the owners father birthday – and he wanted the building as it was when his father started the business, so I had to work off the existing building and photos going back to the 60s.,
