I got permission from Tony @ White Crafty Cake to make this cake she designed for a customer of mine. They loved her cake so much that they wanted it to be almost identical. I think the difference was the size of the cake rounds… other than that pretty much identical… I hope you all think I did her cake justice….. it was so fun to make …. thank you Tony for the wonderful inspiration!!!!

I am quite honored that the client liked my design, and that you were able to reproduce it so well for them. This is actually the first time someone wanted to use one of my designs, and you were so gracious to ask permission first!! I see it was for a 1st birthday. Did you make a little smash cake to go along with this one?

Thank you Toni. No I didn’t do a smash cake. I am just so thankful to you for your creative cake. I think my karma cake couture fb page got about 15 new likes because of u. lol ... I will forever be greatful!!
