Granma Lu's Mermaid

Grandma Lu had her gallbladder taken out just before her birthday. (She’s 80!) She told the doctor she wanted a mermaid tattoo to cover the scar. She loved her mermaid and couldn’t get over it had a belly button! A coconut quarter sheet cake, covered with buttercream icing. Fondant mermaid with white chocolate marbled seashells.
