I made this cake for my nephew, who’s just turned 9 and is very very fond of Angry Birds!
The characters were quite easy to make, but I found it quite hard to cover it since I used green chocolate plastic to simulate the grass, but as I put it on the cake it started melting and sweating, so it ruined also the name in the front :-( therefore this cake is not perfect, but learning is a loooong process also made of failures!
It is a chocolate cake filled with vanilla buttercream. easy but very good!
