My 1st ever tiered cake created a year ago.
It was a gift for my sister on her wedding day.
- 10’ square Madeira cake – double thickness
- 8’ square Chocolate Orange – Double thickness
Both filled with home-made Raspberry jam & Vanilla Buttercream
The cake is Ivory and is crimped and has added Vintage coloured bows.
Ontop are hand-made chocolate & sugarpaste roses
I have to admit this cake gave me nightmares for months until the day of the reception…then it was cut and gone in minutes….i was utterly gutted lol
