Fall Wedding Cupcake Tower

I made this for my sister’s wedding. It’s my first cupcake tower so I was very nervous about it but really wanted to do this for her. I don’t own a business and this was my wedding gift to them. The groom is a Disney fan so I incorporated some Mickey silhouettes on some of the cupcakes. The cupcake flavors were chocolate mocha with a vanilla cream filling covered in mocha butter cream (same as the 6” cake topper), and apple cupcakes filled with caramel and covered in a cinnamon cream cheese frosting. Cupcake decorations are fondant and the flowers on the cake are all gumpaste. She loved them!
