I made this for little Sophie, who is 4 today. She loves all things girlie. This cake incorporates a new doll into a butterfly. It’s a simple Madeira sponge, with no jam filling because Sophie hates jam! I did use lovely Madascan vanilla buttercream though.. Mum told me that Sophie’s eyes lit up when she saw it. How lovely :)
