I am a self taught caker from Somerset, UK and a busy Mum to three. I was only ever going to make cupcakes however my customers had other ideas. These days I make anything and everything! Earlier this year I started baking for a new vintage tearoom in Wells, Somerset and am delighted that it was recently named as one of the top 20 tearooms in Somerset by Somerset Life magazine. I love the moment when a customer's face lights up when they see my cakes. Perfect. I spend lots of time looking at other cake makers work, usually in awe.
