Oktoberfest

October is not only about Halloween. In Germany Oktoberfest is THE thing and wearing a Dirndl (traditional ladies dress) is a must. This cake was created for a 30th birthday and Oktoberfest celebration cake at the same time. The pendant is own created silicone mould and the shape was hand carved.
Underneath is a English Carrot Cake with orange zest, maccadamia nuts and a little bit of orange rum, covered in a lemon zest cream cheese frosting.
