This was a cake for a surprise 40th birthday party. The brief was simple – chocolate, chocolate and more chocolate! This was a 12", triple layer chocolate fudge cake, filled and coated with chocolate buttercream. The cake was encased in scrumptious chocolate cigarellos and topped with handmade chocolate truffles. The bow was made from white chocolate modelling paste. It was a big hit.
