My son in law’s 40th birthday cake….from his favourite show…Games of Thrones.
Top tier is chocolate fudge mud cake iced and filled with chocolate ganache. Covered in my homemade recipe for chocolate mmf. Bottom tier is vanilla cherry filled with chocolate ganache and homemade raspberry curd, covered in same homemade chocolate mmf. Gumpaste crown and dragon. Coffee filter paper wings.
