My sister and her husband were having a combined 40th Birthday party on the weekend and as a novice cake decorator I decided to give it a go. This three tier topsy turvy cake was what I designed just for them. I hand made each character over the past 6 weeks and then spent 5 hours constructing it. It took a little longer than I expected, I learnt a lot, but it worked out brilliantly in the end!
