Trio Of Christmas Cakes

Actually I made 4 cakes but sent 1 home with son Josh. 3 Bacardi rum cakes. 1 chocolate sponge Buche de Noel. Gumpaste Poinsettias, chocolate molded pine cones and floral tape pine needles dipped in sanding sugar.

What a beautiful display! The bundt cake with the white poinsettia really makes a stricking statement!
