This is the very famous, very French dessert Mont Blanc … but is it French at all? There’s mystery surrounding the chestnut and meringue Mont Blanc as the Italians claim to have invented it hundreds of years earlier :) I visited Angelina’s in Paris, the apparent birthplace of the Mont Blanc, and then recreated my own version at home!
