Carly’s son Teddy had a Tropical inspired Birthday party this weekend to celebrate his 4th Birthday. He asked if he could have an Ice cream van Birthday cake, so after googling for inspiration I found a really fun painting called Summertime by an Artist called Doug Hyde and a fantastic tutorial by Zoe’s Fancy cakes which I used to turn his idea into this cake and used a tropical colour pallet for the colours of the van.
I think it came out quite well.
