Happy 18th birthday to Freddie who is a huge fan of Jaffa cakes! The cake is chocolate mud cake with a layer a Jaffa like orange jelly and vanilla buttercream, covered in orange buttercream and with drips of dark chocolate ganache. The topper of Freddie and his dogs was provided by the client. Handmade chocolate shards and candied orange slices, sprinkles, mini Jaffa cakes, Maltesers and sprinkles added.
