This cake is for my pastor’s wife’s birthday. It’s a simple scratch recipe vanilla layer cake with whipped cream cream cheese frosting. This frosting is very delicious but very hard to work with because it’s so soft. It just wouldn’t cooperate with me! LOL! The flowers are made of gum paste.
