Celiac Celebration cake

Hi this is the first time ive posted a cake on here.
I was asked to make a Celiac Cake, containing no wheat or gluten. For a nun celebrating 50 years in her profession.I was very pleased how deep the sponge turned out.
I made all the roses from flower paste, i love making roses, like to get them looking a real as possible
