I made this cake this past weekend for a dear friend of mine. She’s not a big fondant fan, but she is a big fan of ruffles. I started playing with my ruffle tips and before you know it, I starting making all these ruffle flowers in buttercream. I thought the cake turned out really nice and my friend Daisy loved it!
