I made this cake for my son’s class. The snowman’s hat is chocolate mud cake. His head is a hollow styrofoam ball which I filled with pralines! Both head and body are styrofoam covered with fondant. The kids decorated the ornaments hanging on the snowman’s “hands”, which are butter cookies covered with fondant.
