Finally,finally get to share the piece I made months back as part of an International
Collaboration .28kgs of actual cake made over three days to make this tiger come alive in whipped cream.So I simply had to share the stages or #wip pictures as the tiger took shape as the journey itself was something for me .105 cake artists globally and mine is one of the two or three cream submissions so here it is .

Tiger,tiger burning bright,
In the forests of the night ,
What immortal hand or eye
Could frame thy fearful symmetry ?

The tiger is a combination of grace,strength ,agility and power ;hence I have chosen our national animal as my piece.It was difficult to choose given the vastness of the topic "Incredible India " but I wanted to push myself out of my comfort zone and try and attempt a completely 3D structure in cream .Something that I have never tried or thought feasible .I have always looked at awe at art pieces created by my fondant counterparts and though a Herculean task I have sculpted this piece entirely out of cake and then frosted with cream with painting for final touches.It took three days to carve and complete but was immensely satisfying as I can identify part of my long journey with this magnificent animal .Inner strength ,grace and agility are all qualities that one requires whatever be the profession and so it is with great passion and inspiration that I submit this piece.
