This bonsai tree is my contribution for the cake contest of the Sweet Infa / World of Cakes in Hannover / Germany.
The leaves / flowers are made from flowerpaste and the stem from fondant.
The cakeboard was sprinkled with colored coconut chips and chocolate biscuits.

Dieser Bonsai ist mein Beitrag für den Tortenwettbewerb der Sweet Infa / World of Cakes in Hannover / Germany.
Die Blätter / Blüten sind aus Blütenpaste hergestellt und der Stamm aus Fondant.
Das Cakebord wurde bestreut mit gefärbten Kokosraspeln und Schokoladenkeksen.
