Blackpool Betty is my competition entry to the recent Cake & Bake show in London, UK.

The theme of the competition was Best of British and I’m pretty stoked my gal scooped the overall First Place winning us GOLD!

She is sculpted from sugarpaste and modelling chocolate and is both airbrushed and handpainted with Magic Colours dusts and gels. Her union jack scarf is made from wafer paper, her (very British) 99 flake icecream from royal icing and her sunglasses from pastillage and isomalt.
