Hello Kitty Cake – I was so excited when I was asked to make this cake. I’m from Asia and in Asia we grow up with Hello Kitty…oh yes! she is soooo popular. I remember having to save some cash to buy and collect Hello Kitty items (they are quite dear as directly imported from Japan) Anyway….first time modeling Hello Kitty…I think she looks great! X
