Here is Lili’s big cake for her 1st Birthday and Christening Celebrations. It has an 8" and 10" choc mud with rich dark choc ganache. Minnie’s head is all edible, made of rice krispie treats and fondant. The frill detailing around the base of each tier was inspired by Lesley of the Royal Bakery’s fabulous Minnie Mouse cake.
