Here is my latest class I put together for a few cake shows and Studios this coming year.

The fox is all hand painted with cocoa butter and the bottom bark tier is done using my one of a kind bark mold that can be purchased thru me. Each mold is truly different from the next which makes each one truly unique.

I will be teaching this cake at the New York cake show, the rustic cake studio in Long Island and Brisbane, Australia. So if you are near of those locations make sure you book a seat this class is such a great learning experience and we will have a lot of fun
