The ‘Carnival Cakers collaboration’ is composed by 92 sugar artists from all over the world. The 2017 theme was ‘Venetian style carnival’. You can find all the amazing contributions on the Carnival Cakers Facebook page.
My contribution is a sculpted gravity defying cake, inspired by a gorgeous venetian mask. I wanted my piece to be colourful and joyful. I really hope you’ll like it :).
