This is the cake that started off my new career. I was asked to make a Wedding cake for a colleague who was on a tight budget. I didn’t think I’d be able to do it, but she had faith in me. And that’s where it all started. The result was a four tier sponge cake with alernating vanilla and chocolate sponge with vanilla,strawberry and chocolate ganache fillings.
