Flower christening cake

Absolutely loved making this cake for my client’s baby’s christening just before Christmas. Took my assistant and I over 25 hours just to make all the wired sugar paste flowers. Loved the end result. Unfortunately I don’t know the name of the sugar artist from whom this cake was inspired, but whoever you are, thank you for the inspiration!
