This was my piece for Brides Around the World Collaboration. Thank you Sam for inviting me to be a part of this.

My design was inspired by Purnima Abeyratne Inspirations, a designer for Sri Lanka Brides. The lace and designs in each tier are fondant then piped with royal icing and embellished with rhinestones. I wanted to capture the beautiful embellished designs of the bride’s saree and incorporate a hint of the jewelry adorning her head.
