Hello Kitty for Icing Smiles

This is the second cake that I have donated via Icing Smiles Inc. This was a special request by a little girl turning 6 years old, at her half-wait point of chemotherapy. It’s hard to explain how much time, love and prayers were put into this gift. The top tier is Neapolitan with cake layers of Classic Chocolate, Vanilla Italia and Strawberry. The bottom tier was Dark Chocolate. It was decorated in fondant and the piping was done with royal icing. To all of my friends who have love and butter cream to spare. Please make the time and contact your local Icing Smiles representative so that you too can give a special gift to a child who deserves a special treat. xox

Thanks for your note Sweet Bee!! I love what they do too and it’s so good to hear that you are also able to give your love and time for this cause. Even though I signed up to be a volunteer when I became a professional in 2010, this is only my second cake. I’m sure it won’t be my last!

Love it! Can you sign up with Icing Smiles if you are a home baker? Id love to do this but dont work from a commercial kitchen.
