Here’s a cake I donated for auction to a children’s charity . Absolutely loved making this one the Christmas tree is made from rkt and covered in fondant and the branches are moulded of fondant from a karen davies mould . The log is a chocolate sponge cake with dark chocolate ganache and chocolate fudge buttercream with salted caramel sauce . I used an fpc mould to create the bark effect . Hope you all like this one as much as I do .
